The Phoenix Rising Foundation LTD is a Not for Profit foundation which is registered with the AC/NC, ASIC, and Australian States and Territories. The foundation has a legal and moral commitment to provide a safe place and to provide protection, support and - holistic therapeutic healing for broken veterans, first responders and children.

The Phoenix Rising Foundation LTD is committed to operating with strong and clear governance - and to lead with consistent effective practice principles aimed at prosocial behaviour. Management will take into account the abilities, developmental needs, mental status, and health when interacting with veterans, first responders and children.

Management promotes and provides an environment where veterans and children are encouraged to take responsibility for their own behaviour for working towards self-renewal.

All staff working with children will have –

a developed sense of self and committed to providing support and guidance
experienced in risk-based decision-making from either personal or professional experience
experience or will learn the mental toughness activities to build Emotional Intelligence
the ability to instill a sense of security in all
a unique calm to be able to connect to all children - mentally, emotionally, and spiritually

The foundation will lead with clear strategies and responsibilities to enable change.

Our focus is to create a new culture for every child, teenager, and veteran who resides at the retreats through activities, school curriculum, and therapy. We will demonstrate positive change by adopting our eight pillars. These pillars complement our Mission Statement –
